    I. Automatic collection of non-personal data:
    When visiting http://www.openmind-tech.com/en.html and its subpages (hereinafter: our websites), the Web server, as a rule, saves the name of your Internet service provider, the website from which you have come, our Web pages that you visit as well as the date you visit and the time you spend on the site.

    We use this information to monitor the attractiveness of our website and to improve our services and content. No personal data is collected in the process.

    II. Collecting, processing and usage of personal data:
    Personal data is only collected if provided to us by you, for example, in the contact form. The personal data obtained from you in this way shall only be used for the purpose for which you provided the data or if you have provided your consent for us to pass it on or use it. An abridged IP address is processed with the aid of the _anonymizelp() add-on here. Google passes on the stored information if necessary to third parties, where this required by law or where third parties process such data on behalf of Google. With this Web analytics service from Google Inc., cookies as defined under the terms of III. are stored on your computer. The information generated in this way is transferred to Google servers in the US where it is saved. If you do not want cookies to be stored, we request that you make the necessary changes to your browser settings as described in III.

    By using our websites, you consent to Google processing the data obtained about you by Google for use by Google Analytics. You can withhold consent to the collection and storage of data at any time with future effect. Alternatively, you can use the Google Opt-Out Browser Add-on. Please note that this option is not available for every Internet browser.

    V. Links to other websites:
    Our website and subpages on our website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or for their content.

    VI. Information on user rights:
    On request we will inform you in writing as soon as possible as to whether and what personal data we have stored on your person. If the user data that is stored is incorrect in spite of efforts to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date, this will be corrected if so requested. In addition to this right to correction, you also have the right to block or delete personal data obtained about you.
