hyperMILL^® is a modular CAM system and combines 2D, 3D, HSC and 5axis milling strategies, powerful special applications and a mill-turn module accessible from a single easy-to-use interface. If you choose a 2D or 3D component today, for example, you can easily add 5axis strategies or the mill-turn module on the following day under the same user interface. By integrating all modules and strategies with shared collision checking and stock and tool management, you can now freely combine all turning and milling strategies as needed. Users do not have to switch between two or more programs. Instead, they use a single CAM system to complete both standard and specialised tasks. This makes the tool easy to use and provides more convenience and a high level of programming reliability and efficiency.

hyperMILL^® is specifically tailored to the requirements of manufacturing and allows for the creation of continuous processes, starting with the product idea, design and CAM programming and ending with simulation and final production. Alongside continuous processing, hyperMILL^® helps to optimise processes and to reduce machine running times. In addition, integrated automated functions minimise programming time. Thanks to the very broad range of machining strategies and optimisation features, workpieces can be completely machined in a single setup. This allows requirements to be met right down to the smallest detail and high-quality parts to be manufactured. hyperMILL^® provides a range of options in order to optimise individual machining jobs to suit the machinery currently being used.
