OPEN MIND Technologies Benelux BV is looking for a Managing Director BENELUX for our Benelux office.
The Managing Director m/f/d directly reports to the CEO and will be located in our office in s’-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.

Your tasks

Establish, lead and maintain an effective Sales and Support Organisation for the OPEN MIND Products in the assigned territory
Define the Annual Business Plan and determine the annual sales and operation targets
Create the Annual budget and determine the annual target sales volume
Manage a team of 9 employees (former CNC Consult)
Autonomously make the necessary decisions and take the necessary steps to achieve the above mentioned targets

Your background

BS or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Production Technology
Min. of 8 years of experience in selling CAD/CAM gained with market leaders
Excellent knowledge within the manufacturing industry
Ability to sell high value solutions at all levels
Leadership experience
Used to work on own initiative to achieve commercial targets
Interested in building strong relationships with customers and sales partners and open to identify new sales opportunities
Proven strong verbal & written communication skills as well as excellent customer relation skills
Dutch Native Speaker, fluent English
