OPEN MIND CADCAM Technologies India Private Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager Pune Region to join our dynamic and growing team. Reporting to Managing Director of OPEN MIND Technologies India.

Location: Pune, India

Sales Manager is responsible for direct selling of OPEN MIND Technologies CAD/CAM products and services to new and existing customers in Northern India.
This is a quota carrying position and would need to generate the committed revenue and help grow the revenue as per company growth plans.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish new accounts by performing sales and lead generation calls in the targeted business region.
  • Identify needs and requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and existing customers.
  • Prepare and provide quotations and relevant information of products and services by answering questions and requests.
  • Create and present presentations to the client.

Experience required

  • B. of Engineering in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of quota carrying sales experience in selling high-value software products (CAD/CAM) and consulting service to Indian public and private sector companies.


  • Ability to work as a team with internal and external stakeholders (industry partners).
  • Experience in solution selling, communication (both verbal and written) and soft skills is preferred. Strong business acumen with negotiation and networking skills.
  • A creative individual that can implement sales and marketing activities to generate new leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciates aggressive goals, and has superior organizational/time management skills with a make-it-happen attitude.
  • This position is only well suited for a person who is dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active and self-accountable.
  • Travelling with in the assigned region 50% of the time. Should be already familiar with the assigned region.
