    Powder Bed Fusion (PBF)

    Two methods have become established in the field of additive ma­nu­fac­tu­ring: Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) involves generating components on a powder bed through imprinting in layers. We are the ideal solution provider for this; our CAD/CAM software optimally integrates into the process chain of post-process printed parts.

    This video shows the finishing process of an additively manufactured part made from Aluminum. The goal was to remove support structure and to finish functional surfaces as well as drilling the holes. And avoid time-consuming part alignment. So we used hyperMILL® BEST FIT.
