Automation Capabilities at FITMA 2023

hyperMILL^® automation technology helps reduce programming times, standardize processes, eliminate manual errors and improve overall throughput. Parts with similar geometries such as component families and variants, recurring shape elements, features such as holes or pockets, and repetitive processes provide an ideal opportunity to implement automated CAM programming. A tool¬box full of closely interlinked technologies to automate individual or complex processes makes it easy to define and adhere to manufacturing standards. The various automation strategies are managed centrally using the new hyperMILL^® Automation Center providing extensive process automation for efficient programming and production. The Automation Center allows users to automate the job list creation processes, serving as both a development and runtime environment. New features also include the ability to select and position the clamping device, as well as define a uniform process for all programmers.
