Regular software updates
The customer can submit service cases related to the software, postprocessor, or their installation to be reviewed by hyperMILL® experts. Cases are tracked in our CRM system and prompt respones are provided to the user.

The customer can also ask for review on challenging cases. This can be for proper use of the software or selective of strategies. Detailed requests may also be addressed through consulting services.
