    Send your application

    You can upload your application documents quickly and easily. As soon as your application has been received, you will receive confirmation from our HR department.

    Document review

    Your application documents will be reviewed by our recruiter Anne Trabert and the respective department head. We will then get in touch with you as soon as possible.

    Get to know each other online

    We would like to get to know you better. You will receive an invitation to a team interview lasting around 30 minutes. This interview is your chance to learn more about the position, the requirements, and expectations.

    Online interview

    You impressed us in the first interview. We will now invite you to a team meeting with Anne Trabert and the corresponding manager lasting around one hour. We will discuss your professional, personal, social, and methodical skills.

    Get to know each other in person

    This interview is when we will get to know each other in person on site over the course of around two hours. Members of the respective team will join us in some cases. We will set you practical tasks or ask you to prepare a presentation. This stage provides a real chance for you to show off your strengths and motivation.

    Final decision

    You will receive a binding acceptance or rejection from our HR department within two weeks of our in-person interview.
